Payment Terms
We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card throughout 100% secure SSL payment gateway. Payment must be made instantly from purchasing the item from us.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched on day of order if processed before 2pm. An order is only complete once funds are cleared.

Pricing
Get Print Supplies retains the right to modify the prices from time to time and to remove offers without notice.

Limitation on Liability
Get Print Supplies are NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer''s failure to communicate specific desired instructions. Customers needing large bulk orders of more than 10 items please check for stock availability before ordering because of stock limitations Get Print Supplies is not liable for. If an error is on the part of Get Print Supplies, our liability is limited to rectifying your order to your satisfaction.

Force Majeurey
Get Print Supplies shall not be liable to the Business Customer/Consumer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of Get Print Supplies obligations in respect of the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Get Print Supplies reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Get Print Supplies reasonable control:

a)	act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
b)	war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
c)	acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
d)	import or export regulations or embargoes;
e)	strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Get Print Supplies or of a third party);
f)	difficulty in obtaining materials, labour or machinery; and
g)	power failure or breakdown in machinery

Health & Safety
Get Print Supplies confirms that the goods it supplies as a distributor do not present a hazard to health and safetys

a)	when properly used for the purpose for which they are designed; and
b)	if the Customer takes reasonable and normal precautions in their use

Product Specification
Get Print Supplies makes every effort to supply the goods as shown/advertised on our website, but reserves the right to supply goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.

Cancellations
If you are aware of a problem with the order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible so we are aware.

Damages
At Get Print Supplies, if you experience product damage, simply contact us and report any damage within 14 days for a no-quibbles replacement or refund. Products to be returned to our warehouse location by the customer at their cost unless faulty or damaged by courier.

Returns
At Get Print Supplies we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days for a no-quibbles replacement or refund. (less P&P fees). Products to be returned to our warehouse location by the customer at their cost unless faulty or damaged by courier. All returns must be returned in the same condition as sent unless damaged by courier.

Acceptance

We reserve the right to add on any third party costs that we may incur if invoices are not paid according to our terms.

By placing an order with Get Print Supplies you agree fully to our terms and conditions. By placing your order you agree to indemnify Get Print Supplies and keep Get Print Supplies indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising out of any misuse of an images supplied to or from Get Print Supplies.
